Nie jest ;-) W Polsce wystawiając fakturę niemieckiej firmie wystawiasz w kwocie netto z dopiskiem "np" przy stawce VAT. Dostajesz fakturę w netto, płacisz w netto, sprzedajesz na pełną fakturę VAT i płacisz polski VAT23% od zysku netto. W momencie sprzedaży na fakturę VAT-marża handlarz nie płaci odpowiedniego VATu, więc ktoś będzie musiał, najczęściej nowy nabywca. Wszystko powyżej działa dla firmy posiadającej VAT UE.

Spora część aut używanych na autostradach ma i nic w tym dziwnego.

Jeżeli kupował w kwocie netto, to chyba powinien sprzedać na pełną fakturę VAT ;-)

Ale na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda na całkiem dobrze przełożoną, nawet o fotele się ktoś pokusił i zmienił ;-)

Zdarzają się jakieś poprawki. Jak kupowałem nowego Seata Leona to też miał na błotniku koło 200, w pozostałych 130-150. Jakaś fabryczna poprawka, jak Ci przeszkadza można próbować spolerować, ale czy wartość auta przez to spada, to chyba tylko u łofFów okazji ;-)

Równie dobrze stłuczka parkingowa może spowodować przesunięcie maski... Zderzak wymieniony, a reszta olane, bo nie przeszkadza. Ale to tylko domysły, może być i dzwon, bez oglądania komory silnika ciężko wywnioskować.
