i have same car and same problem with tank - i was disassemble all and not found where is problem... after - my fuel pump die - and i install new - https://www.drive2.ru/l/576855478051538178/ and now fuel from right side not go to left with pump and car can drive only on full tank... but now is easy to tank :) anyway i think i know why fuel not go to right side... ps. here is my blog about e66 - https://www.drive2.ru/r/bmw/7_series/566948603407368826/
