    To jakis koszmar - ja sam przywiozlem sobie takie roczne auto w 2018 z DE (przebieg ok. 20 tys. km), wymieniam olej co 15 tys. i nie ma najmniejszego problemu z silnikiem od 5 lat (obecnie 90 tys.km).

    EGR byl wymieniany, ale to nie jest nic specjalnego w tych autach

    Jaki sens jest robic w ASO za 77 tys. zl? - gwarancja 2 lata? jesli tego co masz nie warto naprawiac wymieniajac zatarte czesci to ja bym kupil 2-3 letni silnik ze sprawdzeniem w porzadnym warsztacie gdzie dalbym do zrobienia wymiane


    (tak jak ktos napisal koniecznie dowiedziec sie co bylo powodem zatarcia! nie miales zadnych komunikatow, czerwonych lampek,...? jakie bledy pkazuje Bimmerlink czy inny soft do odczytu bledow?)

    O kurcze, ale to sa jaja - jak system samochodu mogl komunikowac, ze mozesz jechac tylko zdredukuje moc skoro turbo sie ostatecznie sypnelo :shock:


    (moglbym zrozumiec, ze cos sie popsuje jak jechalbys po komunikatach zeby sie natychmiast zatrzymac i wezwac serwis!)


    Mam podobne auto do twojego i nie mialem takich komunikatow jakimi straszyla pani z serwisu i poki sprawa sie nie wyjasni nie pojade na update nawet jak beda dzwonili do mnie :)


    Ja wgralem sobie sam (przez ESYS) SW 21-03, bo zmienilem swiatla z tylu na LCI, ale wszystko dziala jak nalezy.


    Daj koniecznie znac jak cos sie wyjasni - no i powodzenia w walce z serwisem!

    ja wymienilem 2,5 miesiaca temu - przy 70 tys. km, statycznie w serwisie Kuleszy w Gdyni na Hutniczej (kiedys byli autoryzowanym serwisem BMW) - wszystko gra i buczy :lol:


    Koszty oczywiscie nie były jak w ASO

    - ok. 250zl miska-filtr (zakup na allegro w europarts_pl - "ZF 1087.298.364 Zestaw części, wymiana oleju w automatycznej skrzyni biegów")

    - ok. 480zl plyn 7l (zakup na allegro w motostacja_pl - "Oryginalny Olej ZF Lifeguard Fluid 8 8HP 1L")

    - ok. 370zl robocizna

    total wyszlo 1100zl


    dodatkowo przy okazji wymienilem tez plyn w xDrivie, olej, klocki i tarcze przod (oryginaly z przesylka 405 Euro na ebay z Niemiec - dobry sklep- bmw-mini-shop "ORIGINAL BMW 5er G30 520d Bremsscheiben + Bremsbeläge vorne ")


    wszystkie czesci albo oryginaly BMW, albo ZF (no i olej Motul+ filtr Mann) - samodzielny zakup dal mi "darmowa" robocizne w porownaniu do dobrego serwisu BMW w Tuchomiu nie mowiac o oszczednosciach przy skorzystaniu z obslugi w ASO :lol:

    jeśli tylko czasem się zacina to ja u mnie popsikałem (bez demontażu, siegając z pozycji leżącej i posiłkując się słomką :))takim niemieckim środkiem (lepsze wd40) i dalej chodzi - zamyka się i otwiera

    Tarcze/klocki sprawdzone zamienniki.

    klakierek ja jestem świeżo (dzień) po wymianie kompletu tarcze + klocki na tylnej osi. Wymiana w ASO, ale części przywiozłem sam. Zdecydowałem się na tarcze ATE i ceramiczne klocki ATE (podobno nie pylą). Do tego czujnik zużycia też od ATE. Faktura na części ok. 1400 zł, robocizna w ASO po rabatach 550 zł. Różnic w hamowaniu brak. Co do pylenia, a na jego braku/zmniejszeniu zależało mi najbardziej to jeszcze nie zauważyłem.

    Installation time

    The installation time is approx. 2.5 hours. This may vary depending on the condition of the car and its equipment package.

    The installation time shown does not include any time spent on programming/coding.

    The calculation of the total costs for the programming time must be factored into the calculation of retrofitting

    costs (must not be invoiced under the warranty).

    Important information

    These installation instructions are primarily designed for use within the BMW dealership organisation and by authorised BMW service companies.

    These installation instructions are intended for use by qualified specialist staff trained on BMW cars with the relevant expert knowledge.

    All work must be completed using the latest BMW repair manuals, wiring diagrams, servicing manuals and work

    instructions, in a logical order, using the prescribed tools (special tools), and observing current health and safety

    regulations.

    If you experience installation or functional problems, restrict troubleshooting to approx. 0.5 hours

    for mechanical work and 1.0 hours for electrical work.

    To avoid unnecessary extra work and/or costs, please send an inquiry to the technical parts support team.

    Quote the following information:

    – VIN,

    – retrofit kit part number,

    – a detailed description of the problem,

    – any work already carried out.

    Please do not archive the printout of these installation instructions. The current version can be found in the EPC.

    Ensure that the cables and/or lines are not kinked or damaged as you install them in the car. Costs incurred by

    this will not be reimbursed by BMW AG.

    Additional cables/wires that are installed must be secured with cable ties. If the specified PIN chambers are occupied, bridges, double crimps, or twin-lead terminals must be used.

    All illustrations show LHD (left-hand drive) cars; proceed in the same way on RHD (right-hand drive) cars.

    Ordering instructions

    The following parts are not supplied in the retrofit kit and must be ordered separately (see EPC for part numbers

    and details):

    – MQS socket contact E (4 x)

    – GREY cable 0.35 mm2 F (12 metres)

    – Cable ties G (15 x)

    – Gutter cover on left side panel J

    – Gutter cover on right side panel K

    Special tools required

    Refer to the relevant ISTA/AIR repair manual for details of the special tool required.

    The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

    same way with the G31.

    Remove both cable holders (1) from the wiring harness to plug E60*1B, they are no longer required.

    Cut the GREY cable F to a length of 7 metres for F1/

    F2 and 5 metres for F3/F4.

    Crimp MQS socket contacts E onto branches F1

    and F3.

    The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

    same way with the G31.

    Disconnect all cable from the left boot lid rear light

    plug E60*1B and reconnect them as follows:

    • BLACK/YELLOW cable to PIN 1

    • YELLOW/BROWN cable to PIN 2

    • YELLOW/BLACK cable to PIN 3

    • BLUE/RED cable to PIN 5

    • BROWN cable to PIN 6

    Connect branch F1 to PIN 4.

    The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

    same way with the G31.

    Disconnect all cable from the right boot lid rear light

    plug E58*1B and reconnect them as follows:

    • BLACK/WHITE cable to PIN 1

    • BLUE/BLACK cable to PIN 2

    • YELLOW cable to PIN 3

    • BLUE/WHITE cable to PIN 5

    • BROWN cable to PIN 6

    Connect branch F3 to PIN 4.

    The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

    same way with the G31.

    Route branches F2 and F4 along the boot lid

    wiring harness on the right-hand side of the boot and

    secure them with cable ties.

    Secure the boot lid wiring harness to the boot lid using adhesive tape at the points shown (1).

    Route branches F2 and F4 along the right-hand side

    of the car to the BDC A258.

    Connect branch F2 to plug A258*3B, PIN 50.

    Connect branch F4 to plug A258*3B, PIN 38.

    Install side panel rear lights A and B with gutter cover on left side panel J and gutter cover on right side

    panel K as described in ISTA/AIR 63 12 283.

    Install boot lid rear lights C and D with gutter cover on left side of boot lid H and gutter

    cover on right side of boot lid I as described in

    ISTA/AIR 63 12 285.

    The retrofit system requires programming/coding.

    – Connect the battery

    – Connect the battery charger to the car

    – Connect the car to the ISTA workshop system

    – Open the ISTA car programming system

    – Please refer to the instructions provided in the ISTA application documentation for working with ISTA

    – Select the "LCI rear lights retrofit” in the – Retrofits – path and work through the action plan

    – If necessary, carry out a vehicle test using the ISTA system, and note, or work through, any errors that have

    been recorded

    – Conduct a function test

    – Re-assemble the car
