Hi guys, I do have the same issue as you and as far as I can find this is the only thread with some sort of a good answer to why this issue occurs. I'm curious to find out if your sollution still works or if the issue is back since you replaced the radiator? If I understand the conclusion correct here, the issue is that the radiator is not having enough capacity to cool down the water. Which means that the sensor which monitors the temp before going back to the engine is seeing to high temps and theresfore the thermostat is open and the fan is on full blast. Please correct this if've got it wrong. I've tried to plug the hose that connects the heat exchanger with the radiator, and I'd say there's a difference but it's still not solved completely. It starts to be quite annoying now when the temp outside is around -10C all the time. Things I've done with this issue this far is: Thermostat replacement,main stat and gearbox aswell Temp sensor at the cylinder head, just below the heat exchanger Plugged the hose that connects the heat exchanger directly to the radiator, not to the waterpump Cleared the adaptions a couple of times
